1. Delivery Locations

  • Currently, we deliver across Tamil Nadu only.
  • Orders outside this region may not be accepted.

2. Delivery Charges

  • Delivery charges are extra and depend on your location & order volume.
  • Our support team will confirm the exact charges before dispatch.

3. Dispatch & Timelines

  • All orders are dispatched directly from Sivakasi.
  • Delivery may take 3–7 working days, depending on your area.

4. Risk of Delivery

  • Once the order is dispatched, responsibility for the goods passes to the customer.
  • Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery.

5. Safety Instructions During Delivery

  • Do not expose packages to fire or direct sunlight.
  • Handle the products with care upon delivery.

6. Replacement Deliveries

  • In case of approved replacements (for damaged/missing items), delivery will be arranged within 4–5 working days after confirmation.
